These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and zs999d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the zs999d website accessible at https://zs999d.cam and all associated services, products, features and content made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on zs999d. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. Any material inaccuracy or omission may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any associated balances subject to these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Notification of Compromise: If you have reason to believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify zs999d customer support immediately at [email protected].
• Account Transfers: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer or pledge your account or any account balance to any third party.

zs999d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme in accordance with the standards applicable in its operating jurisdiction. The following KYC provisions apply to all Users:

• KYC verification is required before withdrawals above applicable thresholds are processed and before full platform functionality is unlocked.
• Acceptable primary identification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a current passport or any other government-issued photographic identification deemed acceptable by the Platform.
• Additional documentation may be required to verify source of funds, proof of address or payment method ownership, depending on transaction volumes and applicable compliance obligations.
• zs999d reserves the right to suspend or restrict account activity pending the completion of any outstanding KYC review.
• Providing false, forged or misleading KYC documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

The following terms govern the deposit of funds into your zs999d account:

• Deposits are accepted exclusively through payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. The Platform does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any particular time.

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.

Upon closure of an account, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonuses and outstanding obligations will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to successful verification. Accounts closed for breach of these Terms may not be eligible for a refund of any associated balances.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, use, storage and processing of personal data by zs999d is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at https://zs999d.cam/privacy-policy.

By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain the rights described in the Privacy Policy, including rights of access, correction and deletion subject to applicable legal obligations.

zs999d implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. All data transmissions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption.

zs999d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
